No swiping. No endless scrolling.

Find the person first.
Then find the flat.

Most flatshare sites hand you a room and hope you get on with whoever's already in it. We do it the other way round — match you with someone you'd actually want to live with, then you go hunting together.

Email and phone verified. Photos checked before anyone sees them.

An example — pick another to see a different introduction.

How it works

  1. 1

    Tell us how you live

City, areas, budget, and the things that actually cause friction in a houseshare — how tidy you are, whether you smoke, whether there's a cat. Six short steps.

  2. 2

    Get 2 matches a day

Chosen by the algorithm on compatibility, not by you scrolling. They build up, so there's usually a few waiting. Nothing to swipe through.

  3. 3

    Have a quick intro call

Connect your calendar and we find a time you're both free, then set up the video call. We only ever read when you're busy — never what the events are.

Why there's nothing to swipe

Swiping optimises for the photo. Living with someone is decided by budget, hours, noise and whether the washing-up gets done — none of which you can see in a picture.

So the algorithm picks, and the choice stands. You get a small number of people worth actually talking to, instead of a feed to get through.

You're meeting a stranger. We take that seriously.

Verified before you meet

Email at sign-in, phone by SMS, and a selfie checked against your profile photo. One verified number, one account.

Photos screened automatically

Every upload is checked before it is stored, and stripped of its location data — phone photos carry GPS, which would otherwise publish your address.

Block and report in one action

Blocking works both ways and is permanent. Reports go to a moderation queue that flags anything waiting more than a day — not to a log nobody reads.

Your data stays in the UK, you can export or delete everything from your account page, and deletion is immediate rather than a flag on a row we keep. Read the privacy policy.
